Booking Terms and General Information

• A £50 non-returnable deposit per week booked is payable at time of booking. The balance should be paid 4 weeks before your holiday begins.

• In the case of a cancellation after the balance has been paid, I will refund the balance only if I can re-let the property for the period of your booking. If I am unable to let the property, the balance will be non returnable.
• All bed linen is supplied and included in the booking fee. Bath towels can be supplied for an extra charge of £3 per person, per week. A cot is provided, but please bring your own linen for this if you require the use of it.
• Electricity is not included in the price, but meter readings are recorded on arrival and on departure, so that you only pay for what you use.
• All necessary household sundries are provided in the cottage, including washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen paper, tea towels and bath mats.
• Well behaved pets are welcome in the cottage. Dogs are charged at the additional rate of £10 per dog per week.
• Please tell me if there are any damages or breakages. I understand that these things can happen, and will do my best to sort any problems out with minimal cost to you.
• The weekly letting period is from 4pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday.
• The cottage will be thoroughly cleaned before you arrive, but please try and ensure that when you leave, it is as clean and tidy as possible.
